Planning your Event at The Town Hall

Being based at The Town Hall itself, we can offer first hand advice on planning your event – from table layouts to the perfect backdrops in the venue for your photographs.

We can arrange to take you around the venue and talk you through various options and ideas regarding layouts, timings and menus for your event. We work closely with the staff at the Town Hall and are able to liaise with them on your behalf – meaning you don't have to repeat the arrangement details; we'll take care of it for you.

On-the-day management

On the day, you can hand responsibility over to Red Kiwi for the smooth running of your event. Our kitchens and equipment are all within the Town Hall so we're equipped to cope with any last minute request from you or your guests.

Extra place setting needed? No problem, we've plenty of cutlery, glasses and napkins in our kitchen.

Wine spilt on a tablecloth? No problem, we've another tablecloth in our office.

Your nephew has decided he won't eat anything but bananas and bread and jam today? No problem, we'll get him some from our kitchen!

Our complete service means that you don't have to worry about any aspect of the catering on the day. We'll take care of everything from the bar being opened on time, announcing the buffet, clearing away and even sweeping up broken plates. With Red Kiwi you're left to enjoy the event, mingle with guests, and relax – you're in safe hands!
