General Information...

To book - To ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible we'd like to meet with you to discuss your requirements so please call and we'll arrange to meet up at The Town Hall for a coffee and chat. We'll then send you a full, personalised quotation. To confirm a booking with us we'll require a 10% deposit. The balance will be due 10 days before your event, once you confirm your guest numbers and menu with us.

Discounts - We can offer price reductions when you book a daytime buffet or meal and an evening buffet.

Children - The price for children (under 12) will be reduced by 50%.

Insurance - Red Kiwi Catering holds full public liability insurance.

We can recommend and liaise with other suppliers for flowers, cakes, etc. and can provide special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free and Halal at no extra charge.

Please note that all prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5%
